Our Kids and Teens program is designed to make fitness fun, safe, and empowering for young athletes of all ages.
Through age-appropriate workouts, games, and skill-building activities, we help kids and teens develop coordination, balance, strength, and confidence — while having fun!
From bodyweight movements to learning proper lifting techniques, we focus on building a strong foundation that will support them in sports, school, and life.
Most importantly, we foster a positive environment where young athletes learn to challenge themselves, work as a team, and celebrate every achievement.
Whether your child is new to fitness or already active, CrossFit 82 Kids and Teens will help them grow stronger, move better, and believe in their limitless potential!

Strength training is important for seniors to maintain muscle mass and bone density.
Our strength training program is tailored for seniors and focuses on maintaining and building strength while improving mobility.
These classes are semi private and can be booked individually 1:1, or for a small group who would like to start their senior strength training together at a time outside of our main timetable.
